Specialized in: Assessment and Rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries including pre/post-operative, injury prevention, body mechanics, and manual skills.

Experience: Toronto FC + Academy, Toronto FC Juniors, University of Guelph Men’s Hockey team, and Varsity Wrestling. 

Erika is a graduate of Sheridan College- BAHSc Athletic Therapy program and is passionate about education and learning new skills/concepts. She strives to help patients understand their injuries and make them more body aware through a combination of exercise-based treatment and hands-on skills.
