Description
I specialize in working with Type C Personalities—individuals who are conscientious, dependable, and emotionally self-controlled. Often seen as the “reliable one,” they tend to prioritize others’ needs, avoid conflict, and suppress their own emotions. While outwardly successful, many struggle with anxiety, burnout, and a deep fear of disappointing others. In therapy, I help clients recognize these patterns, reconnect with their own needs, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of relating—without losing their sense of integrity or care for others.
