Description
Carolyn works with individual clients (adults and children over 10) on a variety of presenting concerns with a trauma-sensitive and attachment-focused lens. She offers a warm (but not too gooey!) presence while creating a clear, co-constructed treatment plan that feels safe and supportive. Carolyn’s approach to treating trauma and related mental health concerns is grounded in the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. Her work is informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT and some elements of CBT.
