Provider information
Description
I focus my practice more on mental-emotional health. Patients see me for things like stress, anxiety, grief, depression. In other words, I support patients with processing difficult and sometimes overwhelming emotions and/or difficult life changes and circumstances. It is similar to therapy, but different because I focus more on connecting to your body and your internal experience in order to find answers, while incorporating Naturopathic treatments, like supplements, acupuncture, etc. as needed.
