We opened CSA on 51st in 2013 to offer advanced rehabilitation programs to those of you in pain.  Our patients are elite athletes, average Joe's and people who just want to be happy using their body.   Our large community style gym helps cater your recovery to equipment you own or want to try.  Let us show you why our #1 referral source is friends and family.  You will likely find a good fit with one of our 14 rehab staff.
