My name is Andrea and I am happy to see you are looking for mental health support for yourself or your loved ones!

I am most comfortable and experienced working with clients ages 12+ that may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, identity, healthy relationships, life transitions, trauma, and/or grief/loss. I come to each counselling session with curiosity and passion for my work and it is an honour to collaborate with each of my clients on their counselling journey.
