Description
I am a registered psychologist offering virtual/online services in various provinces, with over 22 years of experience supporting women recovering from abusive personal and professional/work relationships. Many women leave abusive relationships but continue to experience anxiety, self-doubt, and loss of confidence. My work focuses on helping women rebuild self-trust, reclaim their identity, and move forward with clarity and strength. I integrate CBT and trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, with the Identity Reclamation Framework. Book: https://invictuspsych.janeapp.com
