Dr. Goodman is a Registered Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Dalhousie University. Before founding Tapestry, she spent 10 years in the public sector developing and providing clinical services for neurodivergent clients. Laura specializes in differential diagnostic assessments and therapy for children, youth, and adults with various mental health, trauma-based, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Laura believes in the possibility of change and champions hope, neuroaffirming care, trauma competency, and anti-oppressive practice in her work.
