Provider information

Description

I work with adults across Ontario, navigating relationship breakdown, divorce, separation, betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and grief.
Many clients arrive at a crossroads -- questioning patterns, processing a major betrayal, or dealing with a high-conflict separation. The work focuses on what's actually driving the problem, not just managing symptoms.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and at your pace.
All sessions are virtual, Mon-Thu. $150/session. Free 15-minute consultation available.
