I have experience working with anxiety, ADHD, stress/burnout, depression, work trauma, religious trauma, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. Along with being relational and collaborative, I integrate modalities such as narrative therapy, person-centred therapy, IFS, emotion-focused therapy, and DBT.
