Dig a Little Deeper, Psychotherapy & Counselling is a collective of licensed and experienced registered psychotherapists, counsellors, occupational therapists and mental health nurse practitioners passionate about supporting the diverse mental health needs of our community, providing integrated and modern mental health care. We offer individual, couple and family services to children and adults, with a full range of psychotherapeutic and medical assessment, diagnostic and treatment services.
