Description
Working with children and teenagers is my passion. I enjoy helping kids who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, stress, bullying, self-esteem, grief/loss & anger. By using approaches such as Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), I aim to help kids become aware of their negative thoughts, feelings & behaviours to change them into positive ones. Being a Punjabi therapist, I am truly passionate about providing therapy to clients from culturally diverse backgrounds. I also provide support to adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, & grief/loss.
