Description
We are shaped by both nature and nurture, forces often beyond our control that affect us physically and emotionally throughout our lives. Unresolved past issues, present challenges, and future planning can sometimes feel overwhelming. I invite clients to explore not just the surface symptoms, but also their deeper, often hidden causes, whether from past experiences or present circumstances. My goal is to create a safe space for safe emotional expression and healing. I help clients manage their symptoms while addressing the root of the problem with a mix of talk therapy, art making and EMDR.
