Description
Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, and I’m glad you’re here. Many men feel alone or unheard, and rarely have a safe space to explore their emotions. Aware of the stigma around seeking help, my goal is to co-create a warm, grounded space where you can begin processing and healing. Using a holistic approach, we explore the physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual parts of your life and how they shape your current well-being.

Summary
First Step Men's Therapy is dedicated to shaping the lives and healing of men across Toronto/Canada. We specialize in helping men understand themselves and those around them. We work with men on a wide range of mental health issues, and specialize in compulsive sexual behaviour, first responders, grief, PTSD, dating and relationships, anxiety, and life transitions - to name a few. Therapy can be an overwhelming, stigmatizing experience. Our goal is to help provide a place of comfort, safety, and growth. Call us, email us, or reach out to us via our social media pages to get started.
