Description
Utilizing a strength-based, solution-focused approach that include multiple therapy techniques, my client-centred perspective recognizes the needs and challenges of each individual while building upon their unique strengths. This collaborative effort and strong therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients have proven to be particularly transformative in my current work with adults (16+), couples and families, particularly Neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, and OCD).
