Description
My journey began with my own lived experiences in a family affected by divorce sparking a passion for helping others understand and navigate the challenges life throws at us. Through years of volunteering and professional work in crisis intervention, child welfare, applied behavioural analysis, social skills development, and peer mentorship, I've gained a deep understanding into the struggles children, adults and families may face. My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative, tailoring to the unique needs of each client.

Summary
Our core belief is that every individual is unique, and we celebrate the beauty of neurodiversity. We embrace the differences that make each person special, and we strive to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels understood and valued. We recognize that interventions and therapy take diverse forms. We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach may not be suitable for your unique neuro system. Thus, we embrace various methodologies, such as CBT, DBT, art therapy, and more, adapting our approach to what best suits your individual needs.
