I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I offer a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space for clients to be and learn about themselves so they can move toward the life they want to live. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I help clients understand the issues that brought them to therapy, discover and expand their strengths, develop self-directed goals, and identify ways to achieve them. My areas of expertise are Relationship issues, Divorce, Family Conflict, Life Transitions and Marital and Premarital. In addition to English, I speak Portuguese.
