Reem is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has experience in various community mental health roles, including staffing a local crisis line, supporting university students, and working as a case manager in a residential treatment setting. Reem is passionate about supporting people who have experienced childhood trauma, loss of community, and intergenerational trauma. She has completed numerous trainings to deepen her understanding of the lingering impacts of trauma and ways to support clients through difficult experiences.

We specialize in trauma, relationship, and sex therapy. We work extensively with survivors of sexual and criminal violence and those who have experienced emotional and physical abuse. We work with issues such as PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm and sexual dysfunctions. We offer individual, couple, and family therapy and provide affirming support to LGBTQ2A+ and neurodivergent folks. We use evidence-based approaches - the ones that research shows work for the difficulties that you're experiencing and are committed to staying current through training.
