Provider information
Description
Cassandra provides psychotherapy services to individuals and groups from ages 16+ across Canada. Cassandra specializes with supporting those who experience self-esteem, emotion regulation, anger management, racial identity, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal concerns. My interest in psychotherapy began while working as a Physiotherapist Assistant. Within that position, I recognized how much an individual’s mental health impacts their physical health and overall well-being. Since then, I have over seven years of experience in the mental health field.

Summary
We offer holistic wellness therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups across Canada, centering the unique experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), while welcoming and supporting people of all identities. We understand that each person is more than their struggles—and that culture, community, and lived experience deeply shape how we move through the world. While we hold space for everyone, our practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the needs and strengths of BIPOC clients.
