Description
I combine mindfulness and person-centred psychotherapy to help you build on your strengths, find balance, and create meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and groups using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lens. I have extensive experience supporting marginalized individuals and communities, including queer, Indigenous, neurodiverse, racialized individuals, and people with disabilities.
