Description
I provide virtual and in-person counselling in downtown Toronto for adults who have experienced relational trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or the end of significant relationships. These experiences can shape how we see ourselves and others, often leading to feelings of loneliness, low self-esteem, and difficulties with trust and connection. In our work together, we create a safe and compassionate therapeutic space where we gently explore both the mind and body. By bringing mindful awareness to thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, we begin to understand how past experiences live within.

Summary
I support adults healing from childhood abuse, neglect, and relational trauma, such as separations/ breakups/ divorce. I offer in-person and virtual therapy for individuals seeking to break free from old patterns, establish emotional safety, and cultivate healthier relationships. My work integrates IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Nervous System modalities (Polyvagal Theory) and attachment-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their core self and heal the deeper wounds that shape how they feel and relate.
