Description
While is Jai is not Indigenous herself, welcomes the opportunity to work with Indigenous Peoples. Jai has worked in a variety of settings in the mental health field that include hospitals and community agencies. She has led three mental health agencies and was a member of the first Council of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has consulted on projects with the Ministry of Health and was invited to join SAMHSA in the United States as an advisor to the development of their National Suicide Intervention Strategy.
