Description
Erin works with individuals ages 3 and up, as well as adults and families. She has supported individuals with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, ADHD, childhood trauma, family and relationship breakdown, grief and bereavement, and addictions. Erin is formally trained in trauma informed approaches to psychotherapy, and has an extensive knowledge base in topics such as play, art, music and dance/movement. She utililizes art and play therapy teqniques with children for difficult behaviours at school and in the home.

Counselling Bruce County provides both in-person and virtual counselling and psychotherapy sessions for residents of Saugeen Shores (Port Elgin/Southampton), Kincardine and all of Bruce County. Physical locations in Port Elgin and Kincardine. Virtual sessions are available Ontario-wide as well! Coverage for therapy sessions is available with most insurance plans. We offer services for children, youth and adults. We provide couples therapy as well as individual therapy, and use art & play therapy techniques for children ages 3+
