Provider information
Description
Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across private and public health settings. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels respected, valued and understood. My approach is collaborative when working with children and their families. My practice is grounded in a trauma informed, client-centered, strengths-based approach with the use of self-reflection and mindfulness. I also integrate various other modalities such as Play Therapy, Theraplay, DBT, and EMDR.
