Description
Rosalyn knew at a young age that she wanted to help others, and her lived experience & practical education have allowed her to do this for over ten years now. With a background in youth work, interpersonal trauma and addictions counselling, she now specializes in providing trauma treatment to specific populations including veterans, first responders, and members of First Nations communities. In addition to providing trauma treatment, Rosalyn provides emotion-focused and trauma-informed couples’ therapy, having been trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
