With the ups and downs of life sometimes we fall off-track and need a bit of help getting back up. Whether we get stuck in a funk, experience the pain of loss, or life transitions just seem too much. I’m here to meet you where you are and together cultivate a safe space where you can feel seen and heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and unique to you. I draw from mindfulness informed cognitive therapies (ACT, DBT, and MBCT), emotion focused, and somatic experiencing. Together, we’ll explore and unpack the life experiences that brought you to therapy.
