Dr. Nick Monteiro began his academic journey at the University of Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2018. Shortly after, he gained hands-on experience as a kinesiologist before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Each session typically includes a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and patient education. Dr. Nick believes in empowering his patients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay healthy, move well, and live actively.
