I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I also hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. I am passionate about helping people to improve movement, recover from injuries, and achieve their health goals. Before I became a chiropractor I worked as a personal trainer in a multidisciplinary clinic. Now as a chiropractor I have an in-depth understanding the body's interconnected systems, which has strengthened my commitment to holistic, movement-based care.
