Hi, I'm Julia, and I'm a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Counselling.

I work with adults and children four and up. In my work with adults, I offer a gentle, relational, and body-oriented approach to healing, grounded in the humanistic tradition. This means I believe that meaningful change happens through connection, self-awareness, and the unfolding of your own inner wisdom. I approach therapy with deep respect for your lived experience and autonomy, and I’m committed to walking alongside you with compassion and curiosity as you explore your inner world.

Summary

Allius Services have Registered Counsellors and Interns available to support you, your child or teen, family or relationship. At Allius, we support people to connect with themselves in order to better connect with others.

Interns offer some affordability, so your benefits go farther. While full fee Counsellors are experienced in many specialty areas such as child-adolescent development, attachment, trauma, anxiety, family transitions and complex family dynamics. There is a registered play therapist and a clinical supervisor's oversight to ensure you or your loved ones get the help needed.
