Hi there! I am a Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist in the Edmonton Area. I specialize in working with ADHD. I am also trained in couples counseling, and Jungian-psychodynamic therapy. I use a combination of depth-psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, and somatic therapy to help you on your mental health journey. My work is neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ allied, sex positive, and trauma-informed. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field and have lived experience of ADHD. Rates: Individual Therapy: $175/50 min Couples Counselling: $300/90 min
