Shauna is highly skilled and trained in Person-Centered Group Process Facilitation and teaches on a regular basis. Teaching includes private groups, as well as students enrolled to become School Counsellors through Seattle City University. Evidenced-based guidance and skill building for strengthening and sustaining strong mental health is her approach. She uses ACT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, an empirically supported approach that will shift you and set a forward momentum that will take you to places of solid well-being within all levels of your existence.
