Kristina cares about the well-being of others. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 1997 to better understand the human body and better help others who are suffering. Supporting people in their search for psychological and physical well-being is very important to her. She became a certified massage therapist because she observed over the years the multiple benefits of touch to regain and maintain balance. She is pursuing training in oncology massage therapy and body reflexology to provide more tailored support.
