Alanna grew up immersed in sport and nature on the small town of Salt Spring Island. She has an in-depth understanding of injury rehabilitation and prevention through both her own experience in sport, and through her training at The West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Alanna understands the many interconnected aspects of the body and cares deeply about offering holistic care that is tailored to you. With experience treating a variety of ailments,  Alanna is able to meet a variety of clients needs, and is committed to continuous learning about how to optimize health and well-being.
