Kelsey Brooks is well equipped with a wide range of tools to execute the most effective treatment plans for her clients. Her skill set includes many massage techniques in addition to acupuncture, cupping & dry needling. 
In her personal time, she is a marathon runner which has fueled her interest in acute sport injuries and chronic conditions. She understands the importance of a whole-body approach in day to day living and fitness with a deep sense of body awareness and injury prevention.
