I graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Advanced Standing Massage Therapy in 2016 and am a Registered Massage Therapist. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy, and had nearly a decade of experience in that field before turning solely to massage therapy.
