I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centred approach to care. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College and am trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, and myofascial trigger point therapy. I have also completed additional certifications in Indian Head Massage and cupping therapy. My treatments focus on reducing pain and tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery in a calm, supportive environment tailored to each patient’s goals.
