Description

I graduated from Centennial College’s massage therapy program in 2023 and have since gained experience working at multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinics. While I mainly focus on relaxation and deep tissue massage, I also employ various techniques and modalities to ensure optimal treatment for my clients which have included trigger point therapy, myofascial release, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, sinus drainage, and hot stone therapy. I emphasize the importance of self-care in my practice, giving my clients instructions on appropriate stretches and exercises.
