Description

Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Practicing since 2023, she takes a therapeutic, client-centred approach focused on supporting the nervous system to promote healthy muscle response. Her treatments help the body shift out of protective patterns into more functional, pain-free movement. Jessica incorporates myofascial techniques in both maintenance and therapeutic care, always within each client’s comfort level. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can relax, heal, and reconnect.
