The foundation of my care includes realistic & practical diet and lifestyle changes, with support from herbs, supplements, and acupuncture when appropriate.

My path to naturopathic medicine began with my own digestive issues as a teenager. I experienced daily bloating and pain, which started to affect every part of my life. After months of waiting to see a specialist, I was diagnosed with IBS, told to manage my stress.
