Hi, I’m Ailya! I’m a Naturopathic Doctor, Birth Doula, and IBCLC! As a mother to 5, I have a passion for helping others transition to parenthood over those early months to years with personalized support using evidence-based medicine grounded in lived experience.

We are a collective of Naturopathic Doctors who provide expect care in doula support, perinatal services and education throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum 

We come to you!! ( GTA home visits) 
YDD doesn't have a physical office space, all of our care is provided either virtually or in your home. We love this because we can see your space and give you tips on labour coping techniques or infant sleep set up that's individual to you. Our clients also love that they don't have added travel with a newborn!
