Hi! I’m Dr. Ciara Savard, Naturopathic Doctor, Birth and Postpartum Doula, Infant Craniosacral Therapist, and Confident Birth Instructor with Your Downtown Doula. I hold a Gilligan’s Guide certification to support maternal positioning for optimal fetal position (and thus physiologic birth). My many hats simply reflect my passion and care in the perinatal space.

We are a collective of Naturopathic Doctors who provide expect care in doula support, perinatal services and education throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum 

We come to you!! ( GTA home visits) 
YDD doesn't have a physical office space, all of our care is provided either virtually or in your home. We love this because we can see your space and give you tips on labour coping techniques or infant sleep set up that's individual to you. Our clients also love that they don't have added travel with a newborn!
