Description
I provide a safe, inclusive space for children, adolescents, adults and students of all ages. I assist people through crisis situations and difficult moments, and empower them to discover and participate in meaningful daily activities. In particular, I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression/anhedonia, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, executive functioning (e.g., organization, planning, self-regulation). Occupational therapy promotes “skills for the job of life”, and I am passionate about supporting people in their individual therapeutic journeys.

Summary
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic (Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists) providing assessment and therapy to children, teens, adults, seniors, couples and families. Many of our clients are neurodiverse or have had some challenges in neurodevelopment (e.g., ADHD, Autism, sensory issues, fine motor issues, speech/language delays) or neurological functioning. We also help individuals with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-regulation, executive functioning, learning difficulties, and accommodations for school and work.
