Description

Dr. Chivers grew up in Osoyoos, B.C. After graduating from high school in 1995, she completed four years of undergraduate honors science. She was then one of the sixty students to be accepted to the Canadian Optometry program which is located at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. She completed the four-year program and graduated with her Doctor of Optometry in 2003 in the top 10% of her class. After graduation, she returned to the sunny Okanagan and settled in Penticton to join the team at Waterfront Eyecare Centre.

Founded in Alberta in 2008 by a group of independent optometrists, FYidoctors has grown to be Canada's largest doctor-owned and professionally managed eye care provider with over 270 locations nationwide.
