Description

Dr. Tanisha Bomboir grew up in Melville, Saskatchewan and stayed close to home to complete her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Saskatchewan. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bomboir was recognized as the most outstanding graduate in biochemistry and received the three-year medal at convocation. She then attended the University of Waterloo and received her doctorate in optometry. While there, she served as cohort president and director of political affairs for the Canadian Association of Optometric Students.
