Description

Dr. Alicia Macmillan attended the University of New Brunswick (UNB Fredericton) for her pre-optometry studies. She then obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science, graduating on the Dean's Honour List. During her degree, Dr. Macmillan completed three clerkships. The first was a rural, ocular disease intensive clerkship in Cold Lake, AB. This was followed by four months spent in St. John's, NFLD focusing on pre/post-op laser eye surgery co-management, and primary care.
