Description

Dr. Laurie Dodds is a born and raised Albertan, originally from Edmonton. She graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1982. During her first years as an optometrist she practiced in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. In 1985 Laurie moved closer to home, settling in Calgary. She then operated a solo practice for 22 years before joining City Focus Optometry in 2007. Laurie hopes to continue serving previous patients as well as new patients at her new location where there is more diverse coverage for unique patient needs.

Founded in Alberta in 2008 by a group of independent optometrists, FYidoctors has grown to be Canada's largest doctor-owned and professionally managed eye care provider with over 270 locations nationwide.
