Having my own body aches and pains and understanding how it affects one's quality of life was my motivation to become a Massage Therapist. I love to help people feel the best they can by using variety of techniques such as Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue and Myofascial techniques. Furthermore, I have taken continuing education courses such as Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, Gua Sha and Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage while work
