Cheryl graduated from the massage therapy program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, Alberta with Honours. She specializes in relaxation and therapeutic massage therapy, using different techniques tailored to the client’s needs. She is also trained in different modalities, such as dynamic cupping and fascial decompression. Cheryl also wants clients to understand the importance and benefits of self care. And massage as a part of that self care routine.
