Adrienne obtained her massage therapy diploma from ACMT in 2022 and her manual osteopathic therapist diploma from MOCC in 2025. She has a strong interest in helping those with physically demanding jobs improve their body mechanics and muscular balance to perform their work more effectively. Adrienne works closely with a personal trainer to expand her home care knowledge and provide effective exercise recommendations that yield lasting results. Her additional certifications include dynamic cupping and nerve flossing.
