The Action Sport Physio Laval West clinic is located at 4670 Boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest, Suite 200. Established in March 2019, our clinic is dynamic, modern and entirely paper-free. You will find a complete range of highly qualified and competent professionals to meet your needs! Our multidisciplinary team can offer you treatments in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, osteopathy, massage therapy. All our professionals maintain their knowledge through continuous training. Our services are also compatible with the CNESST and the SAAQ
